Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for students of 1st or 2nd year of Business Administration or Accounting Degrees to join the Accounts Payable team at Altisource, where we build world-class technologies and services for the mortgage and real estate industry.

In Short

• Join the Accounts Payable team at Altisource.
• Process over 4,000 payments per week.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary and compliance policies.
• Review and approve invoices as per SLAs.
• Update the Vendor Master List.
• Liaise with stakeholders for approvals.
• Conduct control checkups with Treasury and Accounting.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Entry-level position for students in relevant degrees.

Requirements

• Entry level students of Business Administration, Accounting or similar business-related Degrees.
• Bilingual English-Spanish speaking and writing skills.
• Customer service focus and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Time management, analytical and problem-solving profile.
