Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst will work directly with the Executive leadership of a US NASDAQ company, focusing on developing and organizing the financial strategy for various business lines.

In Short

• Receiving and verifying invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Understanding India vendor withholding tax percentage and deductions.
• Processing payments to vendors as per company policies.
• Reconciling payable reports each month to confirm accuracy of payments.
• Solving payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation.
• Preparing monthly/annual schedules for the balance sheet.
• Managing internal/external/SOX audits.

Requirements

• B. Com/MBA in Finance.
• 2 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable.
