Overview

As the Finance AI & Automation Lead, you will architect and ship AI driven systems that transform Finance into a real-time, productized platform, partnering directly with the CFO.

Requirements

• 3+ years in finance-oriented data or automation systems.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling; advanced Python skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of LLM-powered applications and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of data governance and systems integration.
• A product mindset focused on user adoption.
• Bonus: Experience in mortgage/real estate tech.
