Overview

As the Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager for US, Canada & Caribbean, you will oversee and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles, entity compliance, and regulatory requirements across the US, Canada & Caribbean region.

Requirements

• Project management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of entity management software.
• Certifications in corporate governance or compliance preferred.
