Overview

InStride is currently seeking a motivated Implementation Manager responsible for leading InStride’s Corporate and Academic Partners throughout their onboarding experience as well as partnership expansions.

In Short

• Lead onboarding for new Academic and Corporate Partners.
• Manage multiple business-critical implementation initiatives.
• Blend relationship management with process definition and scaling.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operations.

Requirements

• Four years of technology implementation or account management experience.
• Experience with large Software-as-a-Service deployments.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk.
• High level of integrity and communication skills.
