In Short

• Act as a bridge between various phases leading to the client platform launch.
• Manage and implement large-scale, customized launches with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the fulfillment and implementation process post-B2B sales.
• Conduct technology checks with infosec teams.
• Provide exceptional onboarding experience for clients.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and internal teams.
• Implement feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years in client relationship management within an implementation team.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with navigating technical SaaS products.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about providing exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
