• 10+ years of operational leadership experience.

• Success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and building high-performance cultures.

• Proven ability in driving strategic operational improvements.
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience in operational scale-up and technology integration.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
