Overview

The Director of Operational Excellence is responsible for directing a business-critical function, integrating multiple disciplines and departments to achieve strategic goals while enhancing productivity and streamlining processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in operational excellence.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Proven project management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with process automation and operational analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong operational knowledge and English language skills.
