Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 8+ years of experience is a plus.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Strong coaching and mentoring competency.
• Ability to influence change without direct authority.
• Practical experience with operational excellence methods.
• Project management skills and good time management.
• Solid understanding of Engineering and financial acumen.
