Phil is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Learning & Process Excellence to lead learning & development (L&D), process design, and change management initiatives across the company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in L&D, Process Optimization, or Change Management.
• Experience in designing corporate training programs.
• Strong expertise in process design and optimization.
• Experience leading change management initiatives.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and documentation tools.
