Overview

PHIL is seeking a Manager, Clinical Support Operations to lead and scale our day-to-day clinical support operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all channels related to prescription access and benefit verification.

In Short

• Lead clinical support operations to ensure service quality and operational readiness.
• Manage and coach frontline agents across communication channels.
• Reinforce white-glove service expectations in external communications.
• Execute SOPs and QA feedback loops for service improvement.
• Apply insights to recommend workflow improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address escalations.
• Report on team performance and escalate risks to leadership.
• Support the design of performance dashboards and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy services or healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex workflows.
• Experience with clinical support systems or CRM platforms, preferably Zendesk.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights for improvement.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
