Overview

The Clinical Operations Manager at Milestone One will lead the local team and build partnerships with clinical research organizations and medical institutions to drive business expansion and ensure the quality of clinical trials.

• Assess feasibility of research protocols for clinical trials.
• Supervise the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor budget negotiations and research timelines.
• Manage a team of Lead Coordinators and oversee their performance.
• Ensure continuous improvement of research processes.
• Promote a work culture of transparency and high performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and institutions.
• Support network development activities for Milestone One.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a leadership role.
• Fluent in local language and at least C1 level of English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Accountable and result-oriented.
• Sales skills and client engagement experience are a plus.
