• Lead end-to-end design efforts for complex user workflows.
• Project manage design work, estimating and communicating timelines.
• Create a compelling vision for product experiences.
• Conceptualize, wireframe, prototype, and execute designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive design and interaction design.
• Experience with complex design challenges and leading projects.
• Understanding of design systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
