Senior Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Lead design projects from end to end to create new features and experiences across our product that our members love.
• Develop a deep understanding of our member’s needs and motivations, practicing empathy at every step.
• Thought partner with our product team to help shape the roadmap.
• Work on both member facing consumer app features and internal tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to evolve our design system.
• Lead and participate in user research and testing.
• Evolve and contribute to the design team’s processes and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience shipping consumer-facing products and internal tools.
• Strong strategic product thinking skills that complement design skills.
• A highly refined aesthetic sense and preference for simple, clean experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design rationale to stakeholders.
• A humble, user-focused approach to design.
• A proven track record of leading design projects from end to end.
• Experience working with components, libraries, and functional prototypes.
• A desire to improve the healthcare system.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the USA.
