Overview

Midnite is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create world-class user experiences for its next-generation betting platform.

In Short

• Lead the evolution of design strategy and processes.
• Own UI/UX for key product pillars like Football and Casino.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Blend UX, interaction, and visual design for seamless experiences.
• Work with UX Researchers to center the user's voice.
• Translate product goals into thoughtful design decisions.
• Support Engineers in implementing high-quality design.
• Ship fast, learn quickly, and iterate often.
• Foster a strong design culture across the company.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web/app product design.
• A product mindset that asks why, not just how.
• Love for experimenting, testing, and learning from data.
• Strong craft and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience with design systems.
• Bonus: interface animation skills, CSS, JavaScript, or React knowledge.
