Overview

The Regional Economic Manager will lead efforts to communicate the economic value of Medtronic's Cardiovascular therapies, serving as a strategic partner for field teams while managing a significant amount of travel to ensure collaboration and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care or finance related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in health economics or related fields.
• Experience with hospital and physician customer interactions.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare challenges for cardiovascular therapies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data and analytic ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in medical device industry or managed care.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA) or advanced clinical degree.
• Experience with evidence dissemination tools.
