Overview

The Field Service Engineer III is a key technical representative for Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions, responsible for installation, support, maintenance, and servicing of Affera systems, while also providing technical assistance during clinical procedures.

In Short

• Lead technical assessments and installations of Affera systems.
• Provide support and maintenance for medical equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of technical or clinical field service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot medical equipment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to travel frequently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with customer interaction and problem resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to provide technical training.
