Overview

The Technical User Support Analyst at Medtronic will be responsible for resolving client technical issues, providing customer service, and leading projects to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.

  • Ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with remote management tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to travel independently.
