Overview

The Technical Support Analyst role involves providing product support to internal and external customers, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

In Short

Act as the first level of Technical Support for customers.
Identify and resolve basic product issues.
Document complaints in the complaint management system.
Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Maintain product knowledge and support continuous improvement.
Complete required training on time.
Work U.S. business hours and may include Brazilian holidays.
May require occasional overnight travel.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Experience with Life Sciences/Diagnostic/Medical Device companies is a plus.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Biomedicine or Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
Strong customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Able to analyze complex problems and propose solutions.
