Overview

The Technical Support Analyst role involves providing product support to internal and external customers, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Act as the first level of Technical Support for customers.
  • Identify and resolve basic product issues.
  • Document complaints in the complaint management system.
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain product knowledge and support continuous improvement.
  • Complete required training on time.
  • Work U.S. business hours and may include Brazilian holidays.
  • May require occasional overnight travel.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Experience with Life Sciences/Diagnostic/Medical Device companies is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Biomedicine or Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and propose solutions.
