Overview

The Senior Delivery Consultant for Performance Partnership is responsible for leading the implementation of cost savings projects and optimizing customer organizational performance in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors.

In Short

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience, or Master’s with 12+ years, or Doctoral with 9+ years.
• Proven track record in cost savings and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing complex customer relationships.
• Ability to assess business metrics from a managerial perspective.
• Experience in clinical lab operations is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with remote working arrangements.
