Overview

The Delivery Consultant, Performance Partnership is responsible for optimizing customer organizational performance by leading the implementation of cost savings projects that link directly to the customer’s P&L.

In Short

• Lead implementation of cost-saving projects.
• Enhance business process alignment and efficiency.
• Work within the Sales and Marketing department.
• Report to the Performance Partnership Delivery Manager.
• Facilitate customer projects for hard cost savings.
• Analyze data to confirm customer volumes and project results.
• Identify gaps in project deliverables.
• Facilitate course corrections for project milestones.
• Requires 75% travel, mostly overnight.
• Eligible for remote work arrangement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience in Lab Operations leadership.
• Track record of achieving customer sign-off on cost savings.
• Strong business insights and analytical skills.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Previous experience in Clinical Lab Operations is a plus.
• Experience in finance, supply chain management, or lean supply chains is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
