• Deeply understand clients' business processes, pain points, desired outcomes, and requirements
• Advise on best practices for integrating Airtable into their workflow
• Manage project plans for client implementations
• Collaborate with Services and Partner team members
• Develop solution architecture designs as needed
• Provide technical guidance and support during implementation
• Create documentation and train customers on new workflows
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Identify best practices and create resources for stakeholders
• Provide insights to shape Airtable’s product roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting role
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a passion for unique solutions
• Strong understanding of business workflows and process mapping
• Familiar with database design and governance best practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress
• Results-oriented with a high quality of work
• Experience with AI fluency and task automation
• Ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Excited to shape new processes in a growing team
