Overview

As a Zuora Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for enterprise customers, collaborating closely with various teams to optimize subscription management and recurring revenue operations.

In Short

• Implement Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants.
• Cover the entire implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Support technical integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
• Conduct testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in customer training for successful adoption.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset required.
• Familiarity with coding or scripting languages preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and performing fit/gap analysis.
• Experience with enterprise-level customers in complex implementations.
• Familiarity with coding or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
