Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise application support.
  • BA/BS/MS in computer science or related field.
  • Ability to provide alternate solutions and exercise judgment.
  • Understanding of financial accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS concepts.
  • Technical understanding of web technologies and support methodologies.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, Java, and SQL.
  • Strong ticket management experience.
