Overview

The Application Support Engineer will be part of a team of Applications specialists, focusing on supporting and advancing the usage of applications for Corporate Solutions within the Apex Group.

In Short

  • Provide application support across various applications in the Apex group.
  • Prioritize and resolve tickets related to core line of business applications.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and manage service catalogue.
  • Work as part of a global team providing technical support.
  • Liaise with business, vendors, and software development teams.
  • Support project-related tasks, including application upgrades.
  • Manage the patch management process and change management.
  • Coordinate with internal auditors for audit responses.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with service desk tools like Service Now.

Requirements

  • Experience with funds administration and ERPs.
  • Knowledge of Fund Administration and Transfer Agency technologies.
  • Strong IT knowledge, especially with Office applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as IIS, SQL, and .NET.
  • Familiarity with Azure is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data security.
  • ITIL qualification is a plus.
