Overview

We are seeking application support engineers to join the award-winning Zuora Global Support team. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge and outstanding people skills to provide various levels of service in a fast-moving environment.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for Zuora's premium customer base.
  • Triage, evaluate, and provide answers to customer questions and issues.
  • Recommend improvements to product development teams.
  • Monitor application uptime and manage back-end processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage.
  • Research and develop solutions for customer support cases.
  • Share best practices to enhance support quality.
  • Author technical documents for the knowledge base.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise application support.
  • BA/BS/MS in computer science or related field.
  • Ability to provide solutions and exercise independent judgment.
  • Understanding of basic financial accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems.
  • Technical understanding of web technologies and networking.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, Java, and SQL.
  • Strong ticket management experience.
