Overview

As a Global Compensation Analyst at Zuora, you will play a key role in enhancing the execution of global compensation programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation for all employees.

• Conduct external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit cycles and corporate bonus plans.
• Refine compensation methodologies and salary structures.
• Manage compensation-related projects, including M&A integration.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with HR and business partners.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in compensation data.
• Utilize Excel and compensation tools for analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global compensation analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of compensation-related regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
