Overview

The Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing global compensation execution at Zuora, supporting competitive compensation programs that attract and engage top talent.

• Conduct external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global compensation analysis.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Strong understanding of compensation regulations.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
