Overview

The Compensation Analyst is an integral part of Hims & Hers' Total Rewards team, focusing on the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to support business strategies.

In Short

• Perform job evaluations and analysis of jobs, compensation benchmarking, and data collection.
• Analyze job duties to determine scope of work and assess job classifications.
• Provide analysis and counsel on compensation programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement process efficiencies.
• Examine compensation trends and develop supporting recommendations.
• Assist in developing salary administration and compensation policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll for annual merit increases.
• Compile salary survey submission files and perform job matching.
• Maintain job description library and HR data integrity.
• Develop and analyze complex Excel reports for data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheet functions.
• Effective communication skills.
