Overview

The Compensation Analyst position at KBR involves conducting compensation surveys, managing merit programs, and ensuring data integrity in compensation databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Compensation.
  • Affinity with Financial Data required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience with Workday and other HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive self-starter with a broader context understanding.
