The Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs for employees, ensuring alignment with industry standards and employee needs.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Knowledge of FLSA and EEOC regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
