Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an application support role.
  • Solid experience with Linux (Redhat) and Shell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Business-level English (B2+).
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Agree21 banking software is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Graylog and SNMP.
  • Knowledge of Jira and ITIL best practices.
  • Understanding of incident management processes.
