In Short

  • Responsible for timely resolution of application issues.
  • Document troubleshooting and process instructions.
  • Address issues generated via alerts and customer reports.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
  • Run system commands and database modifications.
  • Communicate issue status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of focus, accuracy, and dependability.
  • Collaborate with management for testing and running scripts.
  • Engage in daily scheduled support tasks.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized and adaptable to priority changes.
  • Practical knowledge of application flows.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with Linux CLI.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python/PHP preferred).
  • Customer support experience.
  • Experience in FinTech.
  • Familiarity with AWS.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions.
