nXu is seeking a versatile, highly motivated, and creative Partnership Development Consultant to drive its partnership development efforts.

In Short

• Develop a strategic approach to partnership outreach and development.
• Identify schools and organizations for potential partnerships.
• Establish strong working relationships with various institutions.
• Articulate nXu’s offerings to prospective partners.
• Negotiate agreements with partners as needed.
• Secure ongoing partnerships to support nXu's success.

Requirements

• Passion for helping young people explore their purpose.
• At least 4 years of experience in partnership development.
• Familiarity with the K-12 education space.
• Ability to negotiate and execute agreements.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to share feedback and implement coaching.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to support a start-up.
