Consultant Development Program - Remote

Overview

This role is for the net new hire class that is being targeted for March 2025. We will hire a group of Assistant Consultants and train and certify them in Workday HCM, Financials, Data Conversion, or Integrations and Consulting in general.

In Short

• Successfully obtain Workday Certification
• Work on client engagements as a contributor
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• Keep project team apprised of assigned work status
• Join and participate in discovery sessions with customer and project team members
• Meet with customers and vendors to gather requirements
• Manage competing priorities
• Provide feedback internally on project/product
• Ensure the client is referenceable once in production
• Participate in update training and share product skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with a focus in technology or relevant work experience
• Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
• Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic ecosystem with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business, process, and data analysis skills
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certification
