Workday Senior Certified Time and Absence Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time Tracking
• Lead the deployment team, gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution
• Assist in testing the Workday solution and complete knowledge transfer to clients
• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices
• Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction and provide regular status reports to project managers
• Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

Requirements

• Current WD Time Tracking Certification
• 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Functional experience in Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
