Overview

As a Workday Certified Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

• Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite.
• Lead deployment teams and coach others.
• Work with confidential client/data conversion teams.
• Assist in configuring and testing integrations.

Requirements

• Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
• 4+ years configuring Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience deploying Workday or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
