Overview

As a Workday Financials Functional Consultant, you will tackle mission-critical company directives by designing, developing, and integrating complex application components into our clients' business environments.

In Short

• Participate and/or lead specific Workday FIN projects.
• Work independently with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging trends related to Workday.

• Experience in designing complex FIN reports.
• Sound understanding of Workday functional modules.
• Write Functional Design/Specifications.

Requirements

• Current Workday Certifications in Financial Suite.
• 3+ years implementing Financial, Procurement, or Expense Management solutions.
• CPA or advanced Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
