Overview

The EBS Financial Functional Consultant at Argano plays a crucial role in understanding the client requirements and implementing the modules using best practices and standard functionality and providing extensions/customizations for required gaps ensuring that the solution is both feasible and valuable. The consultant interacts with the customer and other delivery team members in the entire implementation. They require a high level of functional and light technical expertise in their area of expertise. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge in EBS Modules, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

• Analyzing current business processes and delivering detailed business-focused financial functions.
• Recommending best practice solutions to clients after analysis.
• Leading EBS R12.2 Financial Modules implementation.
• Creating functional and design documents aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborating with project teams to complete implementations.
• Raising issues and providing resolutions to adhere to project schedules.
• Providing functional implementation and support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading project work streams for Oracle applications.
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to explain concepts.
• Experience with Financial Modules lifecycle implementation.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• SQL experience for troubleshooting.
• Experience with conversion, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
