Overview

The Senior Director Industry Strategy will assume a pivotal role in the sales, delivery and solution strategy areas of Argano’s Oracle Business Unit (BU). This individual will be responsible for supporting initiatives to build and promote industry relevant solutions within the Healthcare vertical that will include working with Oracle’s product strategy and product development teams to generate awareness of Argano capabilities as well as contribute ideas for better solutions for the marketplace using Oracle solutions.

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within Oracle’s Cloud and Healthcare sales teams.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with Oracle through innovative go-to-market initiatives.
  • Position Argano as a preferred partner with Oracle in targeted industries.
  • Establish relationships with strategic clients to translate their objectives into Oracle solutions.
  • Curate a portfolio of Oracle-enabled technology solutions in the Healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a Steering Committee member on Argano projects.
  • Lead negotiations for change orders or new statements of work.
  • Support project teams with deep experience and foster a teaching environment.
  • Engage client prospects alongside the Presales Solutions team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in consultative services or business development.
  • Proven success in managing joint innovation with Oracle teams.
  • Strong networking and influence management skills.
  • Effective management of complex projects and programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
