Monks is seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategy Director, with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our expanding Strategy & Planning team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative social media strategies for our prestigious automotive clients, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness, optimizing marketing efforts, and driving sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry
• Deep understanding of the automotive market, consumer preferences, and industry trends
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in interpreting social media metrics and translating data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive business results
• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
