In Short

  • Develop and manage comprehensive product and service offerings.
  • Create and maintain offer documentation, including pricing models.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Lead the development and lifecycle management of offerings.
  • Perform financial analysis to assess pricing impact on revenue.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions to understand needs.
  • Develop promotional and discount programs to drive sales.
  • Partner with various stakeholders for cohesive offer management.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in offer management or product management.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of developing successful offerings.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in pricing software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
