Overview

As a key member of the Market Access Leadership team, the Senior Director, US Pricing & Contracting Strategy will lead the function developing and executing the pricing and contracting strategies to support the launch of Arvinas’s portfolio.

In Short

• Lead pricing and contracting strategies for Arvinas’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with US and Global Value & Access teams.
• Work with Payer Account team on contractual agreements.
• Build strategic pricing & contracting capability for product launches.
• Design pricing models for pre and post-launch strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on pricing strategies.
• Model impact of legislative changes on revenue.
• Lead pricing analytics and assess deal scenarios.
• Manage pricing documents for Executive Pricing Committee.
• Partner with Business Analytics for market insights.

Requirements

• 12+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience.
• 8+ years of pricing & contracting expertise.
• Experience leading a pricing and contracting organization.
• Knowledge of US market access environment.
• Understanding of Oncology landscape and stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing governance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and product access.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
