Overview

The Director, Medical Affairs Operations plays an integral role within the Medical Affairs organization. This position will be responsible for executing strategy and ensuring operational excellence for Medical Affairs.

• Manage the Medical Affairs Book of Work, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead operational planning and coordination of Medical Affairs meetings.
• Provide operational management of internal and cross-functional Medical Affairs communications.
• Oversee the contracting process for external consultants.
• Develop and oversee US Field Medical launch excellence framework.
• Provide operational management in the development of field medical territory and engagement plans.
• Lead the analytics process and reporting framework for field medical activity data.
• Manage planning and coordination of field medical congress activities.
• Continuously assess field medical capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Prior field medical experience required.
• Data analytics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Applications required.
• No VISA sponsorship available.
• Ability to work from a home office environment.
