The VP, Medical Affairs Operations is responsible for overseeing various aspects of medical affairs, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth in key focus areas.

In Short

  • Lead the Medical Affairs Operations organization.

  • Participate in advisory boards and medical education programs.
  • Manage Medical Affairs Operations budget.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD or PharmD) preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in medical affairs.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with drug and medical devices preferred.
  • Track record of successful product launches.
  • Solid background in drug development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to explain scientific concepts to all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
