Overview

The Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations is an integral role in our growing Medical Affairs organization. The successful candidate will provide operational and scientific support of key initiatives to ensure their successful implementation. The AD will interface with multiple cross-functional teams, including legal, scientific communications, external engagement, and clinical development.

Requirements

• Bachelors in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• 7+ years in clinical, scientific, or industry medical affairs.
• 8+ years of operations experience in Biotech.
• Experience in project management with third-party vendors.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
