Associate Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics, Early Pipeline will be responsible for providing strategic commercial and competitive intelligence insights for preclinical and clinical programs, and new target assessments to support Arvinas’ portfolio.

• Conduct commercial assessments of potential therapeutic targets and preclinical programs.
• Develop and communicate understanding of treatment protocols and unmet needs.
• Synthesize product, brand, customer, and competitive information.
• Develop target product profiles for early-stage R&D programs.
• Map and assess competitive dynamics in key indications.
• Research complex questions and analyze data for leadership.
• Translate insights from scientific experts into actionable strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure commercial requirements are met.
• Develop competitive intelligence views for pipeline programs.
• Lead core competitive intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical experience required.
• 4+ years in commercial development or market research required.
• Prior oncology experience required.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information.
• Understanding of competitive landscape in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical development and market dynamics preferred.
• Experience using information databases and intelligence gathering resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
