The Associate Director, Analytics is responsible for generating relevant reporting and performance insights across the customer journey to inform strategic direction for existing and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject; Master’s is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Deep experience with BI tools and data extraction.
  • Strong knowledge of experimental test design techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Programming proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience with web analytics tools preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
