Overview

The Associate Director, Analytics is accountable for leading and managing a high-performing team in our Americas (AMER) Region, collaborating with team members to ensure client analytics work is achieved and best practices are followed.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, media measurement, or data strategy.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• 5+ years of client management and project management experience.
• 2+ years of multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and agency practices.
• Skills in active listening, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create insights and optimize performance.
• Experience in people management and training.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
