IT Finance Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role will be part of the IT organization at Five9, which is responsible for Enterprise Applications management. We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst who has strong knowledge of Billing Systems and broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations and processes as well as knowledge of subscription and usage-based revenue models.

In Short

• Understand billing and invoicing systems and processes.
• Lead discovery and requirements meetings with business stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops to document processes related to contracts, orders, and billing.
• Analyze business requests and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and document deep business processes.
• Backlog prioritization and grooming.
• Develop artifacts to illustrate process flows.
• Lead UAT planning and execution.
• Define requirements for integrations between systems.
• Perform Agile sprints and execution.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Finance Systems.
• Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with billing platforms like LogiSense or Salesforce.com.
• Experience supporting projects in Finance Systems environments.
